Sig Sauer P226 Legion

The Sig P226 Legion is an excellent pistol that is really enjoyable to shoot. Mike from Guns and Tackle in Greensburg, Indiana offered to loan to me the Legion to test and write a review. The trigger is the real star of the pistol! It is very smooth and has a reset comparable to the Wilson Combat Brigadier. The finish, grip, sights , great slide, and accuracy is superb. The only drawback is the price. The msrp is $1,413.00, but I think it could be purchased the $1,200.00 to $1,300.00 range. I posted a target that I shot rapid fire at 30 feet. I used 115 grain ammo and fired thirty rounds. I own several Sig pistols and they are very reliable. I posted two You Tube videos about the Legion that I thought were informative and entertaining. Mike, at Guns and Tackle, gave me a tip to get a tighter group while shooting rapid fire, and I can’t wait until I try it.
