The Ruger SR45 is a striker fired 45 ACP semi-automatic pistol. The SR45 is a great bargain at a price of $500.00-$550.00. Like all Rugers, the quality is superb. This is a big pistol that is very accurate, mild recoil, and a pleasure to shoot. Like most striker fired pistols, the take down for cleaning is easy. The ten round capacity is a plus for home protection with 45ACP stopping power. I think it is too big for concealed carry. I definitely recommend this pistol for home protection and a fun to shoot pistol at the range. I posted an informative video from You Tube.
