Ruger LCR 22 LR and LCR 22 Magnum

The Luger LCR 22LR and 22 Magnum are excellent revolvers for anyone who has a problem with recoil. Most people think that a 9MM, 40, or 45 caliber is what you need for home protection. I disagree because, if a person is intimated by the recoil and cannot hit the target, you would be better off hitting the person in a self defense situation with a small caliber round than missing with a more powerful round. I posted an excellent You Tube video on the LCRs that is about six minutes long.

My brother Ron will be Ninety One years old on December 6th, 2017. He still reloads his ammo and goes to the range weekly when the weather is good. I posted a couple of his targets. The Bottom target was at 100 yards shooting a 222 Remington when he was Eighty Seven, and the top target was 25 yards shooting a Rossi 357 Magnum on July 21st, 2017.
